We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request make make a claim. Contact us at office@premierfinishes.net or (503) 241-2770 to inform us of the issue so that we can work out the best resolution. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of custom products.
Manufacturers' liability is expressly limited to the replacement of defective product.
